Notifying the School of your Child's Absence
If your child is going to be absent or late (after 8.45am) to school you are required to notify the school office. Failure to do this will result in an email or text message being sent via our student master early notification system and if necessary a phone call will be made.
It is important to note that if your child does arrive after the second 8.45am bell they must report directly to the school office for a late pass.
Absence nofication may be done in one of these ways:
- Via our new online absence system www.school-lnks.org.nz You will need to visit this site, find our school and sign up, you will then be sent a user word and password from the school office. To notify your child's absence you login and following the instructions for abences.
- Via our school absence line - Ph 478 6239 and press 1
