It is essential that children are enrolled before their fifth birthday. Their birth certificate (or passport) and immunisation records must be available at the time of enrolment, this applies to children starting school for the first time.
New residents to New Zealand must provide passports with current residency, or work permits.
Acceptance letters will be sent to all parents of successful applicants.
To enrol your child
1.Complete the attached enrolment form
Click here to download a Domestic Enrolment Form – Both pages must be completed and returned to the school office with the following supporting documentation.
2.Have all the supporting documentation ready
– Proof of your residence (where you live) – i.e. a purchase or rental agreements (signed by both parties) AND a latest power bill.
3.Child’s immunisation certificate

You will then need to email me to make an appointment to see the Principal’s PA, Mrs Ilse Hindle (email@example.com). with all the above mentioned documentation. We will do a 10 minute informal interview. It is not compulsory for your child to attend the interview but they are most welcome.
If all your paperwork is in order, it generally only takes 2 days to get your child enrolled. Your child can start anytime during the term time, doesn’t have to be at the beginning of a term.
In order for us to cater to the educational needs of the students within our area, we have an Enrolment Scheme in place. Please click on the link below to download this information.
If you have a child turning 5 years old during 2019 or know of any children in our zone turning 5 years old during 2019 we encourage you to complete the application process as soon as possible.
